Evangelism Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to share Jesus Christ with people who do not know Him. Evangelism takes on many forms in the church, personal contacts, door-to-door, community, and church activities. Most importantly, letting Christ shine in your life every day! Membership at True Vine Baptist Church is not required. However, must submit to an interview and back-ground check.
Food Bank Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to sort and distribute food items from the San Antonio Food Bank to members of the public. The Food Bank is held every first Saturday at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. May be required to set up and clean up facility before and after the food drive. Membership at True Vine Baptist Church is not required.
Information Desk Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to welcome members and guests to True Vine Baptist Church. The volunteers will also share information with members and guests regarding the history, various ministries, services, Bible Studies, and other activities of the church. Assist members and guests on how to give or register for events utilizing technology. Must also be equipped to pray with others and/or refer them to various ministry leaders as required.
Must be a member of True Vine Baptist Church, submit to an interview and background check.
Prayer & Decision Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who respond to God’s gift of salvation and to pray for the life situations that impact us all. Members must know Jesus Christ for themselves, be able to share their testimony, lead others to Christ, provide prayer and encouragement.
Must be a member of True Vine Baptist Church, submit to an interview and background check, ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Must be available Sundays, Wednesdays, and on special occasions as required.
